New Zine

I’ve been working on a zine for a while now, and the first issue is now available.

It’s called JAMMS because all of the content “is my jam.” JAMS on JAMMA. Yeah, you get it.

I’m pretty happy with it. It’s not perfect, but I learned a lot, and I look forward to the improvements I can make for the next issue.

Before this, I had never put an ounce of thought into color profiles, RGB vs. CMYK, the kind of paper I’m printing on, etc. Shit, I can’t remember the last time I drew something with an actual background. Overall, it was a really fun process. I cannot stress enough how much I love Scribus. It is software sent from heaven. Another crucial piece of the puzzle is bookbinder-js, which is what morphed my PDF into something I could print and fold.

The shop page has it’s own RSS feed, so use that if you want to stay updated with new issues and stickers. I don’t want to shit up the main RSS feed with what would essentially be pop-up ads.
